How to use Oil to Milk in 3 simple steps

USE:

1_Apply to dry skin on the face, eyes and lips, keeping your eyes closed.

Massage with your fingertips until the make-up dissolves.

2_Add a little water and emulsify while continuing to massage.

3_When the oil turns into milk, rinse thoroughly with warm water.

4_Remove make-up residue with a washcloth.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes. External use.
